2–3 medium carrots

Coconut oil or olive oil (enough to cover the grated carrots)
Steps:

Wash and peel the carrots thoroughly.

Grate the carrots into small pieces.

Place the grated carrots in a clean pot or pan.

Pour in your chosen oil (coconut or olive oil) until the carrots are fully covered.

Heat the mixture on a low flame for about 50 minutes to 1 hour. Stir occasionally to avoid burning.

Once done, allow it to cool slightly, then strain the oil using a filter or clean cloth to separate the carrots.

Storage
Carrot oil can last up to 6–8 months (or longer) if stored in a cool, dry place.
