Contact Us at Ekris Inspiration: We're Here for You

Hey there. If you're reading this, thank you for visiting our blog. My name is Adeojo Christiana, and I run Ekris Inspiration. This page is here for one simple reason: I want to hear from you. Yes, you.

Sometimes when you read a blog, it can feel like you're just looking at a screen. But behind this screen is a real person (me) and maybe that's you, too. Maybe something you read here made you think, or helped you, or even confused you. Maybe you have your own story to tell. Maybe you just want to say hello. That's what this page is for. It's your direct line to me.

Think of this not as a "contact page" but as a conversation starter. Let's talk.

Why Bother Contacting Us?

I get it. You might think, "Why should I write? They probably get lots of emails." Or, "My little question isn't important." Let me stop you right there.

Your message is important. Here’s why:

  1. You Help Make This Blog Better. When you tell me what you like, what you don't, or what you need, you're giving me a map. You're saying, "Hey, write more about this," or "This part wasn't clear." You're helping me create stuff that actually helps people.

  2. You Remind Me Why I Do This. Some days are long. Writing can be lonely. Then an email comes in from someone saying, "Your post got me through a tough day." That's like fuel. It reminds me that this isn't just typing; it's connecting. Your words keep this place alive.

  3. You Might Speak for Others. If you have a question, chances are at least ten other people have the same one but are too shy to ask. By asking, you're helping me answer it for everyone.

So, don't ever think your email is a bother. It's a gift.

The Best Way to Reach Me: Email

Let's keep it simple. The very best way to get in touch is by good old-fashioned email.

Our email address is:

ekrisinspiration@gmail.com

I check this inbox myself. Every day. It's not run by a robot or a big company. You write to that address, and it comes right to me.

When you can expect a reply:
I try my absolute hardest to reply to every single email within 1 to 2 days. Sometimes, if it's a weekend or a really busy day, it might take 3 days. But I promise, I will read your message and I will write back. You'll get a reply from a real human being (me!), not an automatic message.

What Can You Write to Us About? (Pretty Much Anything!)

To give you an idea, here are some common reasons people write in. But don't feel limited by this list. If you want to talk, we want to listen.

1. To Give Feedback (The Good and the "Could Be Better")

Did you love an article? Did you hate one? Did something make you cry, laugh, or think? Tell me!

  • Example: *"Hi, I read your piece on dealing with stress at work. The tip about the 5-minute walk at lunch really helped me. Thanks!"*

  • Also welcome: "Hey, I read your post about healthy snacks, but I have a nut allergy. Could you suggest some alternatives?"

2. To Ask a Question

Something in an article wasn't clear? You want to know more about a topic? Ask away.

  • Example: "You wrote about 'setting boundaries.' What do you do if the person you set a boundary with gets really upset?"

3. To Share Your Own Story

This is my favorite kind of email. If something you read here connected with your life, I would be honored to hear about it. Your story matters.

  • Example: "I've been reading your blog since I lost my job. It's been a hard few months, but your posts on 'keeping on trying' gave me the courage to start applying again. Yesterday, I got an interview!"

4. To Suggest a Topic for a Future Post

What do you need help with right now? What would you like to read about? I'm always looking for ideas that come straight from you.

  • Example: "Could you write about how to deal with feeling lonely even when you're around people?"

5. To Report a Problem with the Website

Found a broken link? Does a page look weird on your phone? Is a video not playing? Please let me know so I can fix it!

  • Example: "Hi, when I click the link to your 'Morning Routine' article, it says 'Page Not Found.' Just wanted to let you know!"

6. For Business Stuff (Working Together)

Are you another blogger who wants to write a guest post? Do you have a product or service that fits with topics like motivation, wellness, or personal growth? Get in touch.

  • What to do: Send me an email and tell me a bit about yourself and your idea. Please be clear and upfront.

7. Just to Say Hello or Thank You

Seriously, this is enough. A simple "Hello, I enjoy your blog" can make my whole week. Don't underestimate the power of a kind word.

Our Promises to You (This is Important)

When you write to us, here is what you can always, always expect:

1. Privacy, 100%.
Your email, your name, your story, it's all private. I will never share your personal information with anyone else. I will never add you to a spammy email list you didn't ask for. Your trust is the most important thing we have.

2. A Real Reply from a Real Person.
You will not get a robot answer. You will get a reply from me, Adeojo. I will read what you wrote and I will answer it thoughtfully. This is a conversation.

3. Respect and Kindness.
No matter what you're writing about, you will be met with respect. This is a no-judgment zone. We're here to support, not to criticize.

4. We'll Tell You the Truth.
I'm not a superhero or a know-it-all. If you ask for advice on something really serious, I might say, "That sounds really tough. I've written about similar things based on my experience, but for this, it might be best to talk to a professional who can help you one-on-one." I will always be honest about what I can and cannot do.

A Very Important Note About Advice

I need to be super clear about this, because I care about you getting the right help.

What I am: I am a writer and a guide. I share things I've learned from my own life, from research, and from wanting to help people feel stronger and more hopeful.

What I am NOT: I am not a doctor, a therapist, a lawyer, or a financial advisor. I don't have those licenses or degrees.

What this means:

  • The articles on this blog are for information, inspiration, and motivation.

  • They are not a replacement for professional medical advice, therapy, or legal counsel.

  • If you are feeling really unwell, very depressed, in crisis, or have a serious legal/financial problem, please, please reach out to a qualified professional in your area. They are trained to give you the specific help you need.

Think of me like a friend who's read a lot and cares a lot—not like your primary doctor or therapist. My goal is to encourage you, not to treat you.

Tips to Get the Best & Fastest Reply

Want to make sure I understand you and can help quickly? Here are a few tips:

  1. Be a Little Specific. Instead of "Your blog is cool," try "I really liked last Tuesday's post about forgiveness." It helps me know what you're connecting with.

  2. Check the "About" and "Disclaimer" Pages First. Your question might already be answered there! It's the fastest way to get info.

  3. For Website Problems, Tell Me: What page you were on, what you clicked, and what device (phone, computer, tablet) you're using. This is like giving me a detective's clue to fix the issue!

  4. Use a Clear Subject Line. Something like "Question about boundaries article" or "Website feedback" helps me organize and prioritize.

You Are the Heart of This Place

I want you to know something. Ekris Inspiration isn't my blog. Not really. It's our space. It starts with me writing, but it only becomes meaningful when you read it, when it touches your life, and when you talk back.

Every email, every comment, every shared story adds a piece to this community. You are the reason I sit down to write every day. You are the proof that words can comfort and encourage.

So, from my heart to yours: thank you for being here. Thank you for every moment you've spent reading. And thank you in advance for your courage if you decide to reach out.

This door is always open. This inbox is always waiting. Don't be a stranger.

We're truly looking forward to hearing from you.

With hope and friendship,
